République Démocratique du Congo. Musique Nyali
The Nyali live in two separate territories in the north-east of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The first one is Tshabi, not far from the Semliki valley, the second one at the edge of the Ituri forest in the Mongbwalu region. Nyali music features songs characteristic of the Bantu peoples, with a choir and a soloist alternating their parts.
