Korea - Arirang and Minyo Singing
Lee Chun-hee, one of the most prominent singer of minyo Korean folk songs, sings in this CD the most remarkable pieces of her repertoire, along some versions of the very famous Arirang song (of which would exist many variants) -often considered an unofficial national anthem, this song awakens profound echoes in the heart of Korean people, a song which displays refinement and expressivity.
